Reschedule Policy:
If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule up to 24 hours prior. Reschedule at the link here

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours may receive 70% studio credit or an Art Kit with the supplies to do at home.

No-Show Policy:
Credits will NOT be given to “no-show” guests under any circumstances. You must contact studio prior to event to receive credit.

We ask guests to all do their best to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. We know the “sipping” can be fun, but please do so responsibly and be able to get home safely.
