When you register, we expect your attendance to that specific class. If an issue with your original reservation comes up, you’ll need to address it ASAP.
We will not be able to provide assistance to your cancellations over the phone. Please refer to the information below:
If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you must cancel at the link here. You will receive full credit if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the event date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date (same-day cancellation) will only receive 50% studio credit. No exceptions.
Credit Policy:
Whenever you change your reservation, you will be given a Studio Credit, which are valid for 90 days from when they are created. After 90 days, credit is forfeited
No-Show Policy:
Credits will NOT be given to “no-shows” under any circumstances. You must complete the cancel form prior to event to receive credit.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final after 24 hours of purchase. We do NOT offer refunds after grace period ends. We order supplies for you, and hold your seats! We depend on your commitment to run these classes!
Conduct Policy:
We ask guests to all do their best to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. We know the “sipping” can be fun, but please do so responsibly and be able to get home safely.
